Trading... A lot and a lot of trading. Brings up my question: is what I do considered scamming? I have half of pre calling me a scammer and the other half strongly defending me. What do you guys think?

Many people pick up black dyes in pre sear for hardly anything.. then u get a few that sell it at the dye trader (post sear) price... stupid really since most people dont have 7k in pre sear.

Or rather, 2k. I commend your hoarding of all those dyes...yet the fact it's a moneymaker just feels wrong.

Sorry, I call BS on this.
First of all you need to farm charr a lot to get to level 10.
Second of all, you need a hellovalot more than 2K to buy 118 black dye, EVEN if you're scamming them from newbies in pre-searing.
Thirdly, the exploit to move stuff from post-searing to pre-searing is now fixed, so you needn't pretend you've not got stuff ferried in from post-searing.
But, you've obviously hoodwinked a lot of newbies out of the starting money they could've bought their first post-sear armor for, even though you apparently find it boring, so hooray for you.

Well this is where I prove you wrong. I spent 2 months repeatedly buying and selling dyes. Most people sold me dyes because they wanted the free inventory space and they were happy to get the money. They ALL knew what they were worth. Everyone I've bought from got the same offer as everyone, because I always offered them, not ask, "How much?"
As for the blacks, I've peaked 100k about 6 times after going back down to 50K on each. Over time I bought more blacks because I was running high on cash. If you want proof of my progression, I will be more than happy to post them on ths site. (Various pics.) I paid 5K or more per black, and sometimes my friends gave me a better deal.
Edit - On a side note, I never knew about the exploit untill AFTER it was fixed. I was on during the time, but in all thruth, at the time, my post char only had 50K on her. I was richer in pre than in post. The only exploited items I had were bought from various people and are the runes currently in that black set of armor you see.

You've not farmed, not exploited, and you've paid 5K each for 118 black dye. In pre-sear.
Yeah, sure, whatever floats your boat.

I can see it happening, I met a ranger in pre-searing that was level 14. All he did was trade. Obviously he had farmed a few char to hit 14, but he said he got bored with that and was working on black dyes. He had alot of dye and money lol.
